讓碩博士生能對具潛能之網路創新教學與評鑑策略於不同教育情境(如:正式課室、非正式學習情境、不同學科領域等)與不同教育階段運用的概念、設計、實施與評鑑研究更深入瞭解與掌握。經由(1)課堂實際體驗以設計本位研究(design-based research)為導向所研發的線上教學多元學習活動、(2)網路創新教學與評鑑相關策略實證研究之文獻導讀,以及(3)網路創新教學與評鑑相關策略之文獻回顧等學習任務,探討影響學習效能的網路教學環境與個人特質因素、教學要素安排與設計,以及實證研究驗證程序與結果呈現,以對科技提升學習空間(technology-enabled learning space)與其對教育典範與教學法之轉化(technology-enabled transformation in paradigm and pedagogy)有深層的體認。

In this course, graduate students will learn the core concepts as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative online teaching and assessment strategies, which are bolstered with solid empirical evidence, to be integrated at formal and/or informal educational contexts at different educational levels. Through hands-on experiential learning navigating online learning systems developed under the guidance of design-based research and engaging in various online learning tasks, followed by literature review and empirical research examining innovative online teaching and assessment strategies of individual student choice, students will appreciate how contextual variables, personal variables, system designs, and activity elements affect the learning process and outcomes. All in all, students will not only understand the mechanism of technology-enabled learning spaces, but more importantly, will appreciate the beauty of empowering learners to act as agents in the process of technology-enabled transformation in pedagogy and education paradigms.
